Personal data is only collected when it is necessary for running the website or handling your enquiry. No data is sold to third parties. This website uses no advertising cookies. For the anonymous visitor statistics, cookies are only set after you have agreed in the cookie notice.
When the website is accessed, the host automatically stores data in what are called server log files, which your browser transmits. These are browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request and the IP address in shortened or anonymised form. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and rests on the legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The host is ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
If you get in touch by email or through Instagram, your details are stored and used to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, as well as the legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
If you book a workshop or a house call, the data needed for the service and for invoicing is processed and kept within the statutory retention period of seven years. At the house call I work exclusively on your own device and store no receipts or documents of yours myself. I do get insight, but everything stays with you. A handover to the tax firm only happens at your express request.
If you sign up through the form for the newsletter or the waiting list, your email address is stored so we can send you news, small guides and workshop dates. Sign-up runs through a double confirmation procedure, the so-called double opt-in. You first receive an email with a confirmation link, and only after you click it are you registered. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link at the bottom of every email, or write to me briefly and I will delete your address. Sending runs through Brevo, a service of Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, formerly Sendinblue GmbH. Your data is processed on servers in the European Union. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo.
This website is registered with Google Search Console, a tool for checking visibility in Google Search. For this, only a verification code is stored in the source code. No cookies are set and no personal data of your visitors is collected. Only anonymised search data that arises in Google Search anyway is evaluated.
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site. For this, cookies are set and pseudonymous usage data is processed, your IP address being shortened and not stored permanently. Google Analytics is only loaded after you have expressly agreed in the cookie notice. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by declining in the cookie notice or deleting the cookies in your browser. This may involve a transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA, safeguarded through the standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google.
This website uses fonts for a consistent presentation. If these are loaded through an external service such as Google Fonts, your IP address may be transmitted to the provider in the process. For full data economy, the plan is to embed the fonts locally on the own server, so that no connection to external providers is needed.
This website links to the Instagram profile. When you click the link, the privacy terms of Instagram or Meta apply. There is no influence over this processing.
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact the email address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, dsb.gv.at.
As of July 2026. This privacy policy is updated as soon as the processing or the legal situation changes.
